Caglar Koycu.
From idea to business.
I have been developing and running businesses since 2011. My experience spans cafés and restaurants, hospitality, property and the automotive sector.
Today, I own or co-own businesses including Marcello’s, Hotel Assens, Fredericia Bilhus and the property companies Marcello Invest, GSFB Invest and Marcello Torvet. I also work as a FIFA-licensed football agent at Asteria Collective Group.
For me, good business starts with people. I value integrity, engaged employees and experiences that make customers want to return. I enjoy developing new concepts and turning opportunities into practical projects.
